I’ve been a patient at Heartland for a few years and always appreciate the assistance Gabi, Judy, and Debbie provide. Dr. Patterson is always punctual and thorough. I struggle with selecting new frames, and Gabi, Debbie, and Judy always make suggestions and then vote for their favorite frame. I always appreciate the help or I’d be there for hours! 🤪.

Dr Patterson is so personal and caring and does a really thorough exam. She has been my dr for years. I truly appreciate how much she cares for her patients!! I can’t say enough about the staff, Debbie, Gabie and Makieya go above and beyond to make me and my family feel important and not just a number. Thanks for exceptional customer care. Of all the places you can get your eyes checked in Avon or Indy for that matters, I highly recommend this location 😊

My husband and I are new patients at Heartland and we were both very impressed with customer service at this location. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and treated like we had been patients for years. Debbie is absolutely perfect at what she does! So glad that Heartland vision was recommended to us.

My wife and I have tried several different vision places, but we were never satisfied with the quality or customer service. Heartland vision in Avon is our go to vision place. Eye doctor is down to earth and thorough. Customer service is top notch. A special thank you to Debbie T, she is customer oriented and truly an asset to the Avon store.

I love Heartland Vision Avon, Indiana! I have been a patient for at least 10 years now I think. Dr.Patterson is so thorough and explains things well. And the staff are amazing! I always look forward to seeing Judy, Debbie, and Makieya! Really everyone there is so nice and helpful with frame choices and added options! Like when I chose frames too big for my progressive lenses. I appreciate their help! You can’t go wrong here!

Gabby, Katie and Judy are awesome. They all worked with me during my visit and made the experience very enjoyable and fun. I felt like I knew them for years when I left. later I noticed I had an issue with the prescription and they fit me in immediately, two days, new scrip and ready for vacation in a week . Thank you

My children were in recently for their annual eye exams and the whole staff was so warm and welcoming. Debbie and Judy assisted us with picking out some new frames and the level of service and genuine care they provided during our visit was amazing.

Very great customer service. All the ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful; but Debbie was literally awesome. She helped pick the perfect frames that fit me and she was very nice the whole time. Attended to me immediately I got in there. Debbie is literally that girl. I’d recommend this location to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Glasses are perfect. Told by another vision group there wasn’t anything they could do to help my husband see better. Well his glasses from heartland are perfect and he can see better than he has in years. Kudos to the optometrist and the staff at the Avon store. Debbie T was the representative that helped us and she was knowledge, helpful, and funny.

My appointment was for 3 PM Thursday Nov 10. I was promptly greeted by Deborah. Waited only a few minutes to see the doctor. My screening was thorough and efficient and the doctor was friendly and personable and answered all my questions. Deborah helped me pick my frames and lenses and I was soon able to go on my other errands. This store will be my new place for our exams and glasses in the future.

I was seen in your office yesterday 8-18-22. Best visit I have had to vision center. The doctor was excellent, enjoyable and gave a thorough exam. The ladys at the front, Judy and Debbie were quite helpful and knowledgeable fitting me in the right glasses. I drove an extra 1/2 hour to that location and would gladly do it again!! I have been going to the Avon location for several years and have always had a good experience. Judy is so wonderful and a complete whiz in helping find the best deals between their offers and your insurance. Love it here!

My kids and I have been coming here for 2 years. The staff is always super sweet and helpful. They make getting glasses and contacts easy! They have a great selection of glasses, sunglasses, & sports goggles. Every time I have had an appointment the doctor is right on time. I can’t speak more highly of them, such a great place to get your eyes examined!

This was my first visit here, but they took care of my little boy previously. They were very friendly and laid back. The doctor was wonderful! Both myself and my other son was in the office. Debbie was very nice and even joked around with my son. Overall very pleasant experience and nice people!

I received very friendly professional customer service from Debbie and Judy in Avon. No pushy upselling; just gave me the facts and let me make my own decisions. The optometrist, Dr. Cain, is wonderful too. I’ve been going to her for 5 plus years now and she’s always very sweet and honest. I appreciate them all. I can’t wait to receive my new glasses!
