Gabby, Katie and Judy are awesome. They all worked with me during my visit and made the experience very enjoyable and fun. I felt like I knew them for years when I left. later I noticed I had an issue with the prescription and they fit me in immediately, two days, new scrip and ready for vacation in a week . Thank you

My children were in recently for their annual eye exams and the whole staff was so warm and welcoming. Debbie and Judy assisted us with picking out some new frames and the level of service and genuine care they provided during our visit was amazing.

Very great customer service. All the ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful; but Debbie was literally awesome. She helped pick the perfect frames that fit me and she was very nice the whole time. Attended to me immediately I got in there. Debbie is literally that girl. I’d recommend this location to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Glasses are perfect. Told by another vision group there wasn’t anything they could do to help my husband see better. Well his glasses from heartland are perfect and he can see better than he has in years. Kudos to the optometrist and the staff at the Avon store. Debbie T was the representative that helped us and she was knowledge, helpful, and funny.

My appointment was for 3 PM Thursday Nov 10. I was promptly greeted by Deborah. Waited only a few minutes to see the doctor. My screening was thorough and efficient and the doctor was friendly and personable and answered all my questions. Deborah helped me pick my frames and lenses and I was soon able to go on my other errands. This store will be my new place for our exams and glasses in the future.

I was seen in your office yesterday 8-18-22. Best visit I have had to vision center. The doctor was excellent, enjoyable and gave a thorough exam. The ladys at the front, Judy and Debbie were quite helpful and knowledgeable fitting me in the right glasses. I drove an extra 1/2 hour to that location and would gladly do it again!! I have been going to the Avon location for several years and have always had a good experience. Judy is so wonderful and a complete whiz in helping find the best deals between their offers and your insurance. Love it here!

My kids and I have been coming here for 2 years. The staff is always super sweet and helpful. They make getting glasses and contacts easy! They have a great selection of glasses, sunglasses, & sports goggles. Every time I have had an appointment the doctor is right on time. I can’t speak more highly of them, such a great place to get your eyes examined!

This was my first visit here, but they took care of my little boy previously. They were very friendly and laid back. The doctor was wonderful! Both myself and my other son was in the office. Debbie was very nice and even joked around with my son. Overall very pleasant experience and nice people!

I received very friendly professional customer service from Debbie and Judy in Avon. No pushy upselling; just gave me the facts and let me make my own decisions. The optometrist, Dr. Cain, is wonderful too. I’ve been going to her for 5 plus years now and she’s always very sweet and honest. I appreciate them all. I can’t wait to receive my new glasses!
