Doctor and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. So many cute frames to choose from, and they will give an honest opinion on the frames if you ask them!

Kristie went above and beyond with her customer service, even when I asked for help a month after I was seen. You can tell that they truly care about their clients. The Dr that saw me was also very thorough and fully explained the exam in detail. You can tell he is passionate about his profession. I would highly recommend this business!

Best eye doctor place ever. The ladies are friendly and welcoming. Got here an hour early and they were able to bump me up sooner. So efficient! Dr. Robert’s Scott is very helpful and knowledgeable and very kind. Thank you Heartland! Xoxo

I am pleased to say this is the best office I've ever been too. I have only been to 2 in my adult hood. I have been with Heartland Vision for a very long time when they were on the corner in the same plaza. The staff is very kind, sweet and caring! I'm very very picky. Very helpful in the office.

I was able to see Allison, the very professional and attentive optician, that welcomed me and showed me to the doctor. She helped me pick out the perfect glasses after my results came back with a need for a prescription. The entire staff was polite, friendly, and very professional. I will continue to go to Heartland for any of my vision needs. Thank you Allison and company!

We love Heartland! I called the day of for an appointment and they got me in the same day. Megan was AMAZING, so sweet and kind and gave me all of the information I could have needed and more. So helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. HIGHLY recommend!!! 10 stars!

Both of the receptionists, Ally and Kristie, were excellent and extremely helpful. They made calls on my insurance to get coverage figured out, and were extremely helpful! The exam was quick and easy as well! I would recommend anyone to give them a try!

Heartland Vision is our top choice for all our vision needs. The most important benefit for us is the expert job they do fitting our glasses when they are new. Staff are always friendly and professional. Heartland Vision has so many styles to choose from you can't possibly have any problem finding something that you love and that helps you look your best. Allyson made this experience so easy for us and was able to answer all of our questions quickly and completely. Give them a chance, you won't be sorry.

I went in to Heartland vision yesterday to have my glasses adjusted. Wow, Kristie was Amazing and very knowledgeable. She taught me so many things about glasses and frames.. Tiffany and staff were so very kind and helpful. My mother is in a memory care facility and it’s difficult to take her places. I was able to provide new glasses for her thanks to Heartlands big heart!! I would highly recommend Heartland Vision💕

Jessica and the rest of the staff were very helpful in picking out my frames! Even when I changed my mind several times LOL. Their frame selection is full of stylish and trendy frames! I get compliments on every pair of frames I have gotten from here!

Thank you Charrie and all the ladies for helping me pick out my frames! I tried on so many pairs and it was hard for me to decide. I always feel like I get special attention and I am very appreciative. The store is always very clean and organized with no waiting. They also still take measures to prevent Covid by cleaning the glasses after you try them on! Bravo
