Everyone here was so sweet, Christina R went out of the way to be so nice. Jeffery handled my order for my new glasses and he was so very thorough. April also helped with the insurance. I will be definitely be going here for the future.

Recently I went to Heartland Vision in Anderson to get glasses. Because it had been 40 years since I had selected glasses, I was a little apprehensive in choosing the best ones. Chris and Jeff went above and beyond helping me. After many options, they helped me make that selection. They helped me “get out of my box” to choose a “fun” frame instead of ones most people choose. I can’t say enough about them and how happy I am. It is with no hesitation that I highly recommend Heartland Vision.

I went today for an eye exam because I was way over due to get one done. Dr. Hales was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She explained everything about the health of my eyes and how healthy they were. Then I needed to get new eye glasses, safety glasses and sun glasses. Nicole Payne helped me with showing me around for the men’s glasses and she was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions I had with the answers I was looking for. Thanks Dr. Hales and Nicole Payne for the great experience at Heartland Vision of Anderson, Indiana. I highly recommend anyone to go to Heartland Vision!! 10/10

I would give the entire crew at Heartland Vision 10 stars if I could! Nikki, Jeff and Dr. Hales were awesome through the entire process. They were kind, courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. Dr. Hales was also very thorough in my comprehensive eye exam and in her great explanations of all aspects of the exam. She, Nikki and Jeff were all very patient in answering ALL my questions! I highly recommend this entire crew for your eye care and examinations.

I had a really great experience at Heartland Vision. I needed an eye/contact exam, and also was pleased to discover an additional test that let's the Optometrist see behind the eye and make sure the veins in your eye are clear and healthy. Which was awesome as I had never had that done before. After my exam, I went to the lobby to pick out a new pair of specs where I met Nikki. She is awesome and deserves a raise! She made picking out new glasses fun! She was patient with me as I tried on probably 50 pairs of glasses (not exaggerated) and actually made me feel like she was my friend, and not just an employee of some eye doctor. Once I found "the one" she promptly ordered them for me and I was out the door. Nikki even personally let me know when the glasses came in and were ready for pick-up! Thank you Heartland Vision and Nikki. Whatever you're doing, keep doing it!

Dr. Hales was wonderful! She's very nice and very professional. She did a very thorough job in my exam, great job explaining everything and answered all of my questions! Nikki helped me select my frames and set up my order. She did an excellent job helping me pick out my frames just by my description of "I want a party on my face!" I was very happy with her!!! She is super friendly and has an outstanding attitude! My husband and I were both extremely pleased with both of them and will continue to be dedicated customers at Heartland!!! We think they should get two bonuses for our review even though we could only submit one review!!! Thank you again Ladies for taking such great care of us! See you next time.

We absolutely love Dr Hales and Nikki! Hubby and I had our appointments today, and we had such a fun and lovely time. Dr Hales made me feel so comfortable throughout the process, we joked and we laughed, and Nikki helped us choose our glasses, she is so bubbly and cheerful, we joked and we laughed a lot too, it's so hard to not feel happy even after leaving the premises. Haha! Thank you, Dr Hales, and thank you, Nikki, we had an awesome time today! Looking forward to seeing you girls again when we come to collect our glasses!

I went in today looking for a new pair of glasses and found a pair I really liked. I do not have insurance so Michelle and Nicole were tremendous help with getting my glasses ordered, and even helped get the total cost down for me. I will definitely come back to Heartland again!

I’ve been coming to this place for over ten years and each time I come it’s always easy going and a positive environment. Huge thanks to Kristen for helping me find the perfect glasses! They only took 4 days to come in, the fastest ever! I was very pleased with my visit and how welcoming the staff and the doctor were. Top notch facility, I highly recommend.
