I have been using heartland vision many years now! The ladies that work there, always greet me with a warm smile, and “hello Mr. Moser”! Very few businesses remember their customers names! I always walk away pleased with the service I receive from the entire staff! They are very helpful, and very attentive to my needs!!!! And a very big thank you to Hannah, who always helps me pick out the right frames. She’s an absolute pleasure to work with!! I wish more businesses were as warm, friendly, and helpful, as the staff at heartland vision, in Kokomo Indiana.

The female that helped me pick out my frame was pleasant. When I went to pick them up, they were not buffed correctly. The female behind the counter, not the one that helped me originally, was very rude and expected me to take them the way they were. The manager was not in, so they called her and she ok'd them sending the glasses out to be rebuffed. They never called to let me know they were in. 3 weeks later, I call and they tell me yes they were in. Pick them up and both lenses looked like they were never buffed. They were scratched up on both sides and it almost seemed like a joke. I get them back. Not even 2 months into having them, the scratch coat has already been scratched. The overall whole experience was not good.

I love the helpful ladies there at Heartland Vision. I just picked up my new glasses. I’ve been there twice in the last week to have them adjusted and they’re always happy to do just as you need. We will continue to go here.

While traveling from Florida to Mishawaka, IN my husband's eyeglasses broke. We were close to Heartland Vision so we stopped in hoping they would be able to repair them. Meghan Leonard was able to repair them while we waited. She was able to replace the part that held the frameless lens in and change out his nose pieces. She was awesome and did so in a very short time. We really appreciate the great customer service!

Dr Kemp was very kind and efficient. He made the whole experience very comfortable and pleasant. Tori was so patient and very helpful. I couldn't decide the shape of frames that looked best on me and she was so helpful and gave honest opinions. I ended up with new glasses, contacts and prescription sunglasses! I love them all and will definitely recommend Heartland Vision to my friends and colleagues l!

I had never been to Heartland Vision when I called to schedule an appointment. The staff was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Dr Cain recommend I jump to a bifocals. I was nervous but Hannah helped me pick out my glasses and explained all of the benefits and how to use the progressive lenses that we chose. I am happy with the glasses I received, both pairs.

Dr Cain and Hannah we’re very helpful. I was a new patient coming in and was very impressed with Dr Cain and her attention to detail. The office staff were all very nice and welcoming. Hannah, the store manager is amazing. I bought 4 pairs of glasses and she kindly worked with me and took the time to adjust them just perfectly for each pair. She is very friendly, understanding and patient. Happy life long customer! 💕

Dr Cain is an amazing practitioner!! Kind patient and willing to listen and make sure your corrective eye wear is perfect!! Megan is equally as outstanding!! Have been in to get my glasses tightened on numerous occasions, always friendly and very honest and helpful when trying to pick new frames!!! LOVE Heartland Vision!! Forever customer!!!!

We love Heartland!!! We have had nothing but good experiences here! I called for an appointment and they fit me in on the same day, which was so nice! Megan helped me with everything and was THE NICEST and sweetest to work with. So so helpful, answered questions before I could even ask, and gave me so much helpful information. Helped me pick out glasses, walked through several ways to pay/my options, and just was great to work with. The eye doctor is also incredible!! So knowledgeable, so kind and pays attention to detail! The overall office is just a well oiled machine - sweet people and wonderful environment. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!

This is the second time I have been to Heartland Vision in Kokomo, and I will be staying with them. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Cain was extremely knowledgeable in what I would need to help my vision. And Hannah helped me pick the perfect frames with lenses' that will protect my eyes. Even the price I paid was budget-friendly. I highly recommend this location if you are in need of help with your vision. You can't go wrong here.

Every one of the Ladies at Heartland Vision have been spectacular. They spent a lot of time with me making sure I found the glasses that would suit me best. No pushy sales pitches just kind and helpful advice. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Cain was very informative and I was able to walk out with my new contact lenses. She provided the perfect fit for me, as I have not worn contacts in over 15 years. She listened! The staff knew their stuff and provided outstanding service! Go Heartland Vision Kokomo!

I am a repeat customer at Heartland Vision in Kokomo. Not only do they have an excellent selection of frames, the staff is absolutely fabulous! They are so friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in their field. I highly recommend Heartland Vision.

I just have to say Melissa and the girls at Heartland Vision are the real deal! I recently had an issue with a pair of small sunglasses that, in all honesty, made my face look like Chris Farley. After explaining that this was not the look I was going for, Melissa hooked me up with a pair of shades that made my face look normal. I no longer think people are laughing at me at my Tommy Boy face. I am forever a customer because of Heartland’s knowledge, professionalism, and overall awesomeness. Even their UPS guy is a stud. Good job ladies!
