They do not provide interpreters, and the Dr appeared unaware how to even use an interpreter to conduct the exam, he was very impatient and in a rush because as he states the interpretation is not his issue but the company who runs the clinic. Based off the civil rights act, patients are entitled to interpretation at medical appoints

During my eye exam, the doctor explained what it was he was doing and the purpose of what he was doing which I really appreciated. I also had the enjoyment of meeting Debbie and Sally. They were kind and gave me great feedback on the frames that I was trying on. I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend this store to anyone!

I had excellent service everyone who works there is friendly and very helpful in the eye doctor takes very good care of you and it takes a lot of time to explain things that you don’t understand. I’ve been a happy customer for over 25 years.

I am very pleased with my experience with Heartland Vision. The doctor took his time to explain each part of my exam and also made sure to address all of my eye concerns. I picked up my first pair of glasses today and I can see perfect! I would definitely recommend!

I recommend Heartland Vision highly to anyone needing an eye exam and/or glasses. The doctor was very nice and explained things easily and the ladies helping me, Jackie and Josie, were both fabulous! I went to get new safety glasses and selected a pair of frames, but when I received them they were the wrong ones. They have ordered me a different frame then the ones I had selected. And they tell me if I want the right ones I have to pay again

Went in with over powered glasses prescription from another eye doc office and they fixed the problem and explained the entire process in detail. Super friendly staff and very helpful! They were a life saver!

I called and told them I thought I had an eye infection, (yellow green discharge from eye, crusty stuff and I little blurry). The man that said he was a doc had me put my chin in a device. He said I had to scrunch down because he could not adjust the height, (very uncomfortable). Wearing glasses since 13 and never experienced this. Asked him about prism glasses for double vision and he said they don't have the right equipment. He gave me some wetting drops and told me to wash my face with baby shampoo. They charged me more than I was told over phone. Also told me if it got worse, I could go somewhere else. I waisted my money because I still have a problem and will be going somewhere else Monday. Avoid this place.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a vast selection of frames from very affordable ($ 79.00) clear up to designer high-end names ($ 300+). And don't think that just bcz the cost is low that the QUALITY is as well! Attractive frames all around. My exam was thorough and relaxing. The only downfall in my situation was the distance..which is no fault of theirs. We live on the north side of the city and the office is on south Tibbs Rd. Otherwise it's a friendly, clean and professional environment!!👍👍
