Effective March 19, at 3pm, we have temporarily closed our practices to patient care, specifically eye exams.
All practices will be closed through Sunday, April 5, with the intent to re-open on Monday April 6. We will continue to reevaluate this timeline as circumstances may change and government mandates may dictate.
We will remain staffed with one non-doctor team member at each center Monday-Friday, March 23-April 3 , 9am-5pm. Patients can access curbside pickup or miscellaneous urgent repairs (nosepad, screws. etc) of eyewear during that time. Our team members will take the opportunity to schedule and re-schedule your appointments and be ready at the office for re-opening.
During this time, patients can still order contact lenses through our website. We've partnered with leading contact lens manufacturers to offer free shipping on most 2-box contact lens orders to help meet our patients' immediate needs (some restrictions may apply). When you order contacts through our online portal, you can take advantage of manufacturer rebates AND all free shipping offers.
Please know this was not a decision that our Corporate Leadership Team took lightly. At the end of the day, we want to ensure we are prioritizing the well-being of our doctors, staff and you, our patients.
